It’s now or never. FRIC is meeting on 11/13 to decide on their recommendations. There are two options:
1. The 2011 FRIC proposal
2. The Spencer plan
There’s no more room for new ideas.
If you have a preference for one of these two plans, speak up by Wednesday.
